The maiden edition of WIPS was held in Lagos in 2016. Between 2017 and 2019, other editions were held in quick succession in Anambra State, United States of America, Togo, Ebonyi, and Enugu. As a result of security challenges, subsequent Summits were decentralized and held in the various Chapters between 2020 to 2023.
This year’s WIPS which is the 11th edition will be held centrally in Abia State under the chairmanship of Apostle Paul Harrison. The host State Coordinator is Pastor (Barr.) Martin Okereafor while the Local Organising Committee Secretary is Apostle Nwachukwu Simon. The budget for the Summit is N50 million Naira.
The highlights of the 2024 WIPS will include word ministration by prominent ministers of God, fervent intercessory prayers for Ndigbo and Alaigbo and the nation in general. It will be an occasion for the graduation ceremony of the graduate and post-graduate students of the University of Leadership and Sound Doctrines (ULS), USA. It will also be an opportunity to honour the founding fathers and founding members of CAIM.
Also, International Ministerial Licence, CAIM Membership ID Card and CAIM Chaplaincy Certificate will be issued to qualified beneficiaries. There will also be free medical check-ups and free distribution of eye glasses, et cetera.
Delegates from the United States of America, the West Coast and all the State Chapters in Nigeria are expected to attend.
