Shalom, Kingdom labourers and co-yoke bearers!

The just concluded 2023 decentralized CAIM Annual National Women’s Convention (NWC) was remarkable and memorable as reported on our Social Platform.

Congratulations to State Women’s leaders, LOCs and especially the Women National excos for a job well done.

Though insecurity and weak economy deprived you your annual vocation-like or camp meeting event, where women converge in a location, with delegates arriving and socializing. What a great moment!

However, I participated in my State (Lagos) NWC 2023 and it was awesomely captivating.

Lagos State Women’s wing once again stood their ground and proved themselves a formidable force to reckon with in carrying out the vision and mission of our great association in uniting the Igbos with the gospel.

The event attracted “who is who” of men and women in ministry and business.

Participants from Women’s wing of the 13 Chapters in Lagos State arrived in their numbers, determined to putting in their best to compete and win the State Trophy.

The Jesus wives (widows) were blessed, 54 widows were given wrappers and 15 others were given cash support when the wrappers were exhausted.

There were several presentations by chapters competing to win the State Trophy. At the end, 3 emerged win recipients Apapa/Orile taking the 3rd position, Ojo Chapter 2nd position and the indomitable lions of Mushin/Ikate, led by IjeHolyGhost (Ijeoma Annte) taking the 1st position and winning the State Trophy (i choro inwa).

Cash appreciation was given to the 2nd and 3rd position, N10k and N5k respectively, courtesy, Dr. Charles Idu, Lagos State Coordinator.

Several Awards were presented to deserving recipients for their immense selfless contributions for the betterment of Alaigbo and humanity in general.

Notable and particularly of interest to the Women’s wing was the Certificate of Appreciation presented to the National Media Director, Apostle Anthony I. Owom for his consistence in attending and covering the NWC annual events nationwide since inception.

Invited dignitaries gave cash support to the State Women’s wing, Apostle China Okereke presenting a cheque of N500,000.00, thereafter invited the house to his birthday ceremony holding in Lagos.

This year’s NWC event was a huge success in all ramifications.

Kudos to our First Lady, Mommy Ngozi Okorie, a silent goal-getter, who connected the dots and ensured safe take off and smooth landing of the event.

May your days be blessed with health and longevity. You are a blessing to CAIM in fulfilling her lofty vision and mission.

And to the Lagos State Women’s Leader, Evang. Ngozi Erem, a mother to the core, endowed with wisdom and patience, keep the good work on. Posterity will remember you for good.

To our able National Women’s Leader, Mommy Ugwubujo, a no-nonsense achiever, this first outing in your capacity as the National Women’s Leader has revealed a glimpse of the stuff you carry and has dowsed the fear of many, restoring confidence for a greater future among our women.

Keep this grace aglow as God and CAIM count on you to take the Women’s Wing to greater height.

To all Chapter leaders of Women’s wing Lagos State, you have displayed a teamwork spirit in subordination to authorities, hence this huge success. “Honour honours those that honour honour” I choro inwa?
Your time of honour has come and your enemies will celebrate you in tears.

Relax jooo and view the images and especially the video clips from Lagos 2023 National Women’s Convention, held in Lagos.
