CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION OF IGBO MINISTERS (CAIM) WORLDWIDE CONDOLENCE MESSAGE IN RESPECT OF THE LATE DR. UGOCHI IBETOH (NEE MBA)
With total submission to the will of God, the Christian Association of Igbo Ministers Worldwide (CAIM) received with great shock the unexpected demise of Ugochi Ibetoh, M.D. (nee Mba) who passed on to glory on 20th December, 2025 at the tender age of 39. The late Dr. Ugochi Ibetoh was the daughter of Apostle Dr. Tony Mba, the President of CAIM, USA.
Dr. Ugochi Ibetoh (nee Mba) was a medical doctor and one of the young, upwardly mobile diasporan professionals who are passionate about CAIM’s vision concerning Ndigbo and Alaigbo.
After visiting the homeland for a medical research at Holy Rosary Hospital, Emekuku, Owerri, some years ago, she, along with others, began to nurse the idea of helping to upgrade the healthcare system in Alaigbo. That was how patriotic she was. Her demise is a huge loss to our Association in particular and Alaigbo in general.
Dr. Ugochi’s life was short but eventful. She made her mark in the field of medicine. At the home front, she was a dutiful, loving wife and a caring mother.
We are comforted that she died as a child of God. She will be buried in the United States on 31st January, 2026. May her noble soul rest peacefully in the bosom of our Lord Jesus Christ (1 Thessalonians 4: 13 – 18; Revelation 14: 12 – 13).

May God grant all of us the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss until we meet to part no more.
